ReviewPilot provides tools and reports related to Google Business Profile audits, review insights, and automation features. All services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

2. Accuracy of Information

Audit reports, insights, scores, and recommendations provided by ReviewPilot are generated using automated systems and third-party data sources.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or real-time correctness. You acknowledge that:

• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect
• Results depend on external platforms such as Google
• Reports are for informational purposes only

Use of this information is entirely at your own risk.

3. Subscription Payments

All subscription payments for ReviewPilot are processed and managed by Innoquad Technologies LLP through authorized payment gateways.

MeetMighty IT Solutions does not directly process or store payment card or banking details.

4. Payments, Billing & Refunds

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

We shall not be liable for any transaction failure or payment issue caused by:

• Bank authorization declines

• Exceeded card limits

• Network or technical errors

• Payment gateway interruptions

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, reports, dashboards, text, design, layout, logos, and graphics are owned by or licensed to MeetMighty IT Solutions.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of any third-party websites.

7. Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use of the website, services, or data may result in:

8. Linking Policy

You may not create a link to the ReviewPilot website without prior written consent from MeetMighty IT Solutions.

• Reputation impact

• Inaccurate audit results

arising from the use of ReviewPilot services.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

11. Disclaimer

All content and services are provided at the sole discretion of MeetMighty IT Solutions.

Payment gateway providers (including Razorpay) and Innoquad Technologies LLP shall not be responsible for service-related claims arising from the use of ReviewPilot, except for payment processing as applicable.
